Date: November 24, 2025

Dear Clients,

On Monday, 11/24/25 at 07:00 AM MT, we will be doing a maintenance on PRD5 aiProcessing cut-over to ai13s cluster. The exercise will be to migrate aiProcessing to ai13s cluster in PRD5. During the maintenance, you may experience sporadic session issues with the services as configuration and failover testing are being conducted. The window for maintenance is set for 1 hour and impacts are expected to be seen in timeframes of 30 minutes throughout.
