Dear Clients,
On Wednesday, 01/21/2026, at 05:00 PM MT, we will be doing a maintenance on US-1 aiData cut-over to ai13s cluster. The exercise will be to aiData cut-over to ai13s cluster . During the maintenance, you may experience sporadic session issues with the API, Attribute, Automate, Collections, Data Center, Identify, Discovery, Illuminate, Library, Redact, Custom Analytics, Developer and Analytics Center as configuration and failover testing are being conducted. The window for maintenance is set for 3 hours and impacts are expected to be seen in timeframes of 30 minutes throughout.
