Dear Clients,

On Tuesday, 11/04/25, at 07:00 AM MT, we will be doing a maintenance on ai13s PostgreSQL version upgrade from 13.20 to 17.6 in Canada. The exercise will be to PostgreSQL database upgrade. During the maintenance, you may experience sporadic session issues with the API, Identity, Illuminate, Library, Redact as configuration and failover testing are being conducted. The window for maintenance is set for 1 hours and impacts are expected to be seen in timeframes of 30 minutes throughout.
