Type: Maintenance – US-GOV1 aiData cut-over to ai13s cluster
Date: September 10, 2025

Dear Clients,

On Thursday, 09/10/25, at 05:00 PM MT, we will be doing a maintenance on US-GOV1 aiData cut-over to ai13s cluster. The exercise will be to migrate aiData to ai13s cluster in US-GOV1. During the maintenance, you may experience sporadic session issues with the as configuration and failover testing are being conducted. The window for maintenance is set for 4 hours and impacts are expected to be seen in timeframes of 30 minutes throughout.
