Date: November 25, 2025

Dear Clients,

On Tuesday, 11/25/25, at 01:00 AM MT, we will be doing a maintenance on aiWARE US-GOV-2 Monthly Patching. The exercise will be to monthly patching in US-GOV-2. During the maintenance, you may experience sporadic session issues with the aiware apps as configuration and failover testing are being conducted. The window for maintenance is set for 5 hours and impacts are expected to be seen in timeframes of 30 minutes throughout.
