Dear Clients,

On Tuesday, 11/25/25, at 12:00 PM MT , we will be doing a maintenance on US-FED-2 Monthly Security Patching. The exercise will be to Monthly Security Patching. During the maintenance, you may experience sporadic session issues with the aiware apps as configuration and failover testing are being conducted. The window for maintenance is set for 2 hour and impacts are expected to be seen in timeframes of 30 minutes throughout.
