Dear Clients,

This notice replaces our earlier notifications for this maintenance.

On Monday, 11/09/26, at 03:00 PM MT, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on the FED-1 environment to upgrade the platform database. During the maintenance, aiWARE services and processing in FED-1 will be temporarily unavailable. The window for maintenance is set for 2 hours (03:00 PM – 05:00 PM MT); however, we expect to complete the work well before the end of the window, and services will be restored as soon as the maintenance is complete.
